British School New Delhi Goals
The Board of Governors has three purposes:
• to set the planned
direction for the school;
• to safeguard
financial, legal and ethical probity; and
• when necessary to
appoint and dismiss the Director and oversee his/her performance.
The leadership and organization of the British School New Delhi
is the accountability
of The Director, as is all recruitment matters counting hiring and notices. The Director reports to the Board but is
given delegated expert by the Board for all managerial matters.
