The British School New Delhi Families who wish to withdraw their children from school need to notify the Admissions Office (admissions@british-school.org) and the Accounts Office (accounts@british-school.org) in writing.

Those who are inexact of the exact date of their leaving may give temporary withdrawal notice to ensure repayment of deposits. The British School New Delhi Students will endure on our rolls until final validation of withdrawal is given.

Instant intimation of withdrawal as soon as you distinguish that your children may leave the school, helps us in being quick with your refunds and your child's records and other documents.

The British School New Delhi Refundable credits are fully refundable only if the notice is given in writing to the Financial records office with a copy to the Fees office as per the schedule given below. Families who are inexact of the exact date of their leaving may give interim withdrawal notice to safeguard the refund of credits. Students will remain on our rolls until final validation of withdrawal is given.

Notices for withdrawal must be provided as follows:
• For withdrawal at the end of first term notice must be given by 18 August 2014.
• For withdrawal at the end of second term notice must be given by 30 September 2014.
• For withdrawal at the end of third term notice must be given by 16 January 2015.
• For withdrawal at the end of fourth term notice must be given by 18 March 2015.
