The British School New Delhi Student Enrichment Programme

Student Enrichment Programme

The British School New Delhi takes a holistic method to learning. We have a skills-based prospectus as we trust that once a student has the right skills, s/he can learn the information and enter the world with a sturdier foundation and a broader attitude. As a result we offer each student the chance to participate in our student enhancement programmed. These range from after-school doings, arts centenaries, Battle of the Bands, a Model United Nations program me (MUN) to charity events, to name a few. The British School New Delhi after school doings program me aims to bring in a holistic method to education. Both the co-curricular program me and the curriculum foster and grow students’ skills and talents. The program me offers chances to enrich the students’ involvements, and hence the programmer is time-tabled, within the school judgments.

The British School New Delhi students of Years 7, 8 and 9 and 10 are fortified to choose from a list of more than 20 doings like Madhubani, Chess, Cricket, Taekwondo, Tabla, Kathak, Jazz, Bhangra and Automation. The range of activities is diverse to appeal to the attention of all students. The programme reproduces both the host culture, and other philosophies of the world. The programmer is run on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with sharing of involvements and learning at the end of the moot year. Evaluation and response is taken from students and operate at the end of each semester. The programmer is run by specialists, from outside The British School New Delhi, specialists in their chosen fields. The programme is matched by the Activities Coordinator and school staff oversees the students.
