The British School New Delhi Over the last 50 years The British School has been known for its brilliance in education. Its focus is on high excellence teaching and learning, a broad and ironic curriculum including varied extra-curricular chances and a supportive guidance programed. The school is a multi-national and multi-cultural community with students from more than 55 people. Within this community we promote broadmindedness, mutual respect and valuing others’ views, even when different, or somewhat mainly when different from one’s own.

2. What curriculum does the school follow?

The British School New Delhi We follow the National Curriculum for England from Nursery to Year 9, the Global General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) in Years 10 and 11 and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programmer (IBDP) in Years 12 and 13. 3. What are the timings for the school?

Nursery-AM Group: 8 am – 11 am,  PM Group: 11.45 am – 2.45 pm
Primary - Reception to Year 6: 7.55 am – 2.20 pm

Secondary- Years 7-11

7.55 am – 2.20 pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
7.55 am – 3.10 pm on Mondays & Wednesdays
Secondary- Year 12 & 13 (IB)
7.55 am – 2.20 pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays
7.55 am – 3.10 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
