The British School New Delhi Application Process
The British School New Delhi is an independent, not-for-profit, international school provided that the finest of British and international education for 3-18 year olds. The school is credited by the Council of International Schools (CIS). We offer high excellence education based on the Nationwide Curriculum of England, IGCSE and the IB Diploma Programmed. The students, who are from over 55 people, graduate to leading universities/colleges world-wide.The British School New Delhi has a legitimate link with The British High Commission. Before we clarify the admissions process in detail, please note:
1. Processes for the year 2015-16 will begin from 15 November 2014. Only online registrations will be accepted.
2. Globally mobile families will be in a location to apply for admissions into the school during the year.

Primary School students variety from age 3+ (Nursery class) to age 10+ in Year 6. Secondary School has students of age group 11+ in Year 7 to age 17+ in Year 13.
5. Admission is dependent upon:
- On a place being available in the year collection in for which admission has been practical for.
- The ability of applicants to prove that they can foil the international character of the school’s student population and advantage from the education provided by The British School New Delhi.
This is assessed by the school through an valuation process which involves:
a. a written evaluation;
b. a face to face interview and
c. The British School New Delhi reports (moot and all other pertinent reports depending on the year group and the programmer applied for) from the previous school (where appropriate).
6. The British School New Delhi Year 11 and Year 13 are not entry opinions for any student unless they are coming from the same inspections system, and have the ability of joining the programmer part way through, if we are able to offer the same or similar subject choices. Year 11 is the final year of the IGCSE course (comprising Years 10 & 11) and Year 13 is the final year of the IB Diploma Programmed(comprising Years 12 & 13).
