British School New Delhi We support international-mindedness because we trust in its intrinsic value in increasing citizens who are open to thinking totally and so ready for life in the 21st Century.

We recognize that the school is in many ways lucky yet situated in a city and country with vast contrasts between the rich and the poor. It is therefore our duty to indorse public deal and local action to address need.

We are not demanding by nature; while it is imperative for young people to extricate right from incorrect, our idea is that restraint is more workable than imposed sentence.

British School New Delhi We uphold high standards of success and in all that we do our goal is to maximize possible and allow every student to display. In this we are as pleased of the abstract successes of the newest nursery and chief students as we are of our brilliant results in the IGCSE and the IB Diploma.

By submission the National Prospectus for England to the end of Year 9, and through our specialized links with the UK, we smooth international removals to the UK and to other schools. However, we serve a global public and we backing internationally-mobile families in making a flat change to any type of British School New Delhi organization. Our students ex-student to universities world-wide, but mostly to the UK and the United States.

Our staff is mainly Indian, British School New Delhi with about 10% being drawn from foreign. We believe in INVESTING in our human incomes and in the current professional progress of our work. Indeed we boost staff to see themselves as part of the universal educational community.

It is imperative for us to recognize that we are in India. The ‘Indian soul’ of the British School New Delhi goes well outside jubilees and food in that it invades all that we do.

Our school is directed by a popularly elected Board, drawn mostly from the parent public. We are a not-for-profit British School New Delhi so all economic surpluses are invested in the education of today’s and tomorrow’s students.

As the school is seriously over-subscribed prices are made in strict agreement with the Board’s accepted rule which is summarized in the Admittances page on this site.
