The British School New Delhi Staff
The British School New Delhi has a present staff strength of 204, which contains 128 teachers, 44 directorial staff, 28 support (manual) staff and four Senior Leadership Team members. The school has a diverse environment, with eight people being represented in the school staff. 90% of the moot staff are Indian. The other people being represented are American, Australian, British, Dutch, French and Nepali, Republic of Belarus.
The British School New Delhi teaching staff is highly competent with wonderful levels of incentive and commitment. We have 17 staff members who are IB examiners, 55% of our teaching staff holds a Master’s degree with 9% of them field double Masters degrees. Seven teaching staff members have completed their M.Phil and there are three who have finished their Doctorate.
The teachers have a very stable freehold in The British School. The British School New Delhi believes in devoting in its human incomes. Continually preserving and improving values of its teachers and other staff is of leading importance to the school. The School is dedicated to ensuring international standards of professional capability. To this effect an annual recital development system has been put in place for all levels of staff. It is also dedicated to the incessant professional development (CPD) of its staff and to INVEST in the knowledge, empathetic and skills of staff as beginners for life.
